Recorded sea-service estimate using inclusive dates and calendar months. Approval of qualifying service depends on the certificate route, watchkeeping/propelling time, vessel particulars, service credits and exclusions, and supporting records.
Records are stored in this browser profile and may be visible to others using it. Gaps between records are not verified leave entitlements.
Screen your sea-time against common DG Shipping / STCW thresholds. Final eligibility depends on official assessment of approved service, certificates, courses, watchkeeping records, TRB/TAR and medical fitness.
Select your present rank or cadet route to see relevant higher certificates.
Six-point drafts, mark corrections, standard trim corrections (Nemoto), density adjustment and estimated cargo on board. Use vessel-approved hydrostatic data and operating limits.

Certified MAN Energy Solutions (SL2020-694 / SL2021-714) & WinGD Pulse Lubricating System (PLS) assessment. Optimizes specific feed rate, daily consumption, Alpha lubricator injection timing, and scrape-down drain oil diagnostics.
Feed rate provides complete hydrodynamic oil film and safe acid neutralization. Scavenge drain oil should exhibit normal residual BN.

MAN Energy Solutions SL2020-694 mandates Category II 40 BN cylinder oils for continuous operation on 0.50% S VLSFO to prevent detergent depletion and deposit formation in ring grooves.
When slow steaming (<40% MCR), cylinder liner wall temperatures dip below the sulfuric acid dew point (130–160°C). Electronic lubricators must boost feed rate or jacket water temperatures must be raised.
Using high-BN cylinder oil (>40 BN) with 0.10% S LSMGO or LNG gas fuel creates excessive unburned calcium ash (CaCO₃), resulting in bore polishing and sudden piston ring collapse. Use BN 15–25 oil.
